0240(2)(a) Name labels with peeling tapes created uncleanable surfaces on the eating table in the preschool room. 0240(2)(c) Observed staff not following the 3 step cleaning process while cleaning the eating and activity tables. If using cloth towel, a clean cloth towel is needed for each step. There was not a designated dirty towels basket for staff to dispose cloth towels in preschool room on the day of inspection. Dirty towels/rags must not be accessible to children. 0240(2)(d) Febreze aerosol spray bottle found in the preschool classroom.
